3. Processed personal data
The personal data you provide when filling in the contact form (your name, company name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, business activity and message) are processed by NSS Services bvba with a view to managing its business relationship with you, including the sending of an e-mail or other communication to update you and keep you informed of our services. Without these data, we cannot respond to your request. By providing us with your personal data, you unconditionally consent to the processing of the personal data you have entered. The data in question will be stored for the time necessary in order to be able to perform our services.

4. Purpose of the processing
The personal data received via this website will be processed exclusively for communication with you about our service provision, our working method or the services we provide. They are never shared with third parties.

5. Right to consult, correct or delete data
The user has a legal right to consult, correct or delete his or her personal data. Provided that you give us proof of your identity (copy of your identity card), you can submit a written, dated and signed request to NSS Services bvba to obtain, free of charge and in writing, your personal data we hold. If necessary, you can request the correction or deletion of any data that are incorrect, incomplete or not pertinent. You have the right at all times to submit a complaint to the Belgian Privacy Commission.

The data collected are processed in digitised and anonymous (without your IP address) form and are never shared with third parties. The function to ‘share data’ with Google has been deactivated. Google Analytics uses a _ga cookie to distinguish unique visitors. This cookie is stored for 2 years. We follow the guidelines of the College for the Protection of Personal Data at all times. Since the legislative amendment of 4 February 2015, consent no longer has to be requested for this category of cookies.
